Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. It may vary depending on product and quantity ordered.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx, UPS, and third-party shipping via FedEx and UPS.
If you are shipping third-party collect, please include:
Account number and zip code associated with that account.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.
How To Return An Item
If you would like to return items that have been ordered, please email email@example.com or call 765-458-7463.
Should you decide to return an item, please include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the original receipt and purchase order number. Customer will be paying for shipping on the returned items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
We will not accept returns past 90 days of delivery. The items have to be in an unused condition and correctly packaged. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Your refund will be returned within 3-5 business days of delivery of returned items. The refund will be returned via check or credit card if you paid via credit card on our website www.industrialfloortape.com. The refund will not include freight costs of the items.
Mighty Line offers a three-year limited warranty on its floor tape. Damage caused by dragging or pulling heavy skids across the tape will void the warranty. If you have a return because of a manufacturer's defect please follow these instructions.
